Employees can enter the most important data about the desired mattress on a tablet (e.g., customer size, allergies, preferences) and are shown suitable products. The app is like a moving guide for the sales pitch and brings different criteria into play one after the other. Models that are too small or too big or don’t fit for other reasons are sorted out by the app. Each question further narrows down the selection. In the end, the app offers the ideal solution, which can then be saved or printed out directly. The digital sales assistant helps to adjust the selection based on the customer feedback already during the sales talk and enables the employee to keep an overview at all times.
