Our digital concierge for the hotel industry relieves hotel staff and offers additional service for guests. Technology from the field of “Natural Language Processing” (NLP) is used. First, training data is compiled and preprocessed for the artificial intelligence, for example, incoming emails from potential hotel guests. Then, in the first step, the AI is trained to reliably understand standard queries and to respond precisely to them. An interface to the hotel’s own programs and booking systems is also planned at a later stage.
